Different Markets, Different Job
AnomIQ vs. DexScreener:
On-chain pair discovery vs. exchange volume anomalies.
DexScreener tracks on-chain pairs across 60+ chains and hundreds of decentralized exchanges. AnomIQ scans Binance spot and perpetuals, Coinbase spot, and Hyperliquid perpetuals for volume and order flow that departs from each coin's own history. If you trade tokens that only exist on-chain, DexScreener is the right tool. If you trade established markets on those venues, read on.
| Capability | DexScreener | AnomIQ |
|---|---|---|
| Markets covered | On-chain DEX pairs: 60+ chains, hundreds of DEXes. | Binance spot and perpetuals, Coinbase spot, Hyperliquid perpetuals. |
| Newly created pairs | Dedicated New Pairs view. | Not covered. Scans markets already listed on the venues above. |
| Screening logic | Customizable screeners on volume, price change, liquidity and market cap. | Z-score filters on volume, trade count and taker flow, each measured against that coin's own baseline, on 5m, 15m and 60m windows. |
| Buy vs. sell flow | Per-pair trade history. | Net Taker Imbalance plus separate buy and sell volume z-scores, usable as scanner filters. |
| Alerts | Watchlists and price alerts in the mobile app. | Scanner hits on the web dashboard (all tiers); Telegram and NTFY push (paid tier). |
When DexScreener Is the Better Tool
These are different products for different markets. Stay with DexScreener if any of the following describes your trading:
- The token only trades on-chain. If it has no market on Binance, Coinbase or Hyperliquid, AnomIQ has no data for it.
- You want pairs the moment they are created. DexScreener's New Pairs view is built for launch discovery. AnomIQ's z-scores compare activity to a coin's own history, which a market minutes old does not have yet.
- You want an alert at a specific price. DexScreener's app offers watchlists and price alerts. AnomIQ alerts on statistical conditions in volume and order flow, not on price levels.
- You need many chains in one screener. DexScreener covers 60+ chains. AnomIQ covers four venues in depth.
Who AnomIQ Is For Instead
AnomIQ is for traders on Binance, Coinbase and Hyperliquid whose question is not "what launched in the last hour" but "which of these markets is behaving unusually right now, relative to its own normal."
- One filter for BTC and a small-cap. A fixed volume threshold that suits BTC ignores most altcoins. A z-score measures each coin against its own rolling baseline, so the same scanner surfaces a real deviation on either.
- Rolling 5m, 15m and 60m windows. Metrics update on tick-level trade data, so a scanner hit does not wait for a candle to close.
- Flow composition, not just volume. Buy and sell volume z-scores and Net Taker Imbalance show which side is aggressive. Intensity Z-Score (volume z-score minus trade count z-score) shows when notional grows faster than the number of trades, meaning heavier average execution size.
A scanner hit means "this market is statistically unusual; look at it." It is not a prediction of direction. For the method behind the filters, read the volume z-score guide, and for reading taker flow, absorption vs. exhaustion in order flow.
Free tier: full access to the live terminal with 30-minute delayed data, up to 2 scanners, no credit card required. Paid tier: real-time notifications, up to 10 scanners, and delivery to Telegram and the NTFY mobile app.
